Did they send the envelope? I received the RFE too and haven’t received any envelope,I am going to send it to my attorney and they are gonna mail to USCIS
Did you get it from a field office? I learned today that if it comes from the service centers (NSC, TSC) it comes with an envelope. Field office does not contain the envelope.

Just staple that little envelope to the RFE notice itself and throw that into whatever packaging will fit both the notice and the sealed medical. It’s not an issue. You don’t actually need to use the envelope they provide, but you do need to send it back. It’s what they use to internally route to the appropriate team handling your case.

You could send in one but better to send in separate packages. Don’t want to risk losing the package containing both medicals.

I lost my envelopes and didn’t send them at all and got approvals.

Didn’t use the envelopes. They reviewed it for a couple of weeks
Hi all... have two additional questions related to the medical RFE.
1. On the form I-693 Should we write N/A or NA on blank fields or just leave them blank n don't write anything at all ?
2. The doctors office gave us the forms but they are printed back to back. Is that an issue or would it be fine ?

1. No you don’t need to write N/A.
2. Not sure about this. In my experience, everything I file is single sided. Obviously I don’t if my clients’ medicals were double sided. If you want, maybe print your own form. Its free at USCIS’ website (search for Form I-693).
