TW1: Most people here are not paid on an hourly basis and do not get overtime. Bonuses account for this.

OOO message was on, during regular business hours, and they had a calendar invite on their calendar as a reminder that I was OOO.
Were you out of office on PTO, did you have an out of office message on? Was it during normal business hours? Did they know you were off?
If you were on PTO, I would pull in your manager or coach.
There are some considerations to how you handle this. Did you tell your M well in advance that you would be OOO yesterday and get approval to take it? Was there a backup in place if in a busy time for the project? - if you covered the bases and still got this feedback, I would provide your receipts of approval and loop in project leadership and potentially your talent rep. If you took the day off with no heads up, you may have to bite the bullet on the feedback

They had a calendar invite and OOO message on as per OP. I also get upset when I realize that someone is OOO and I either forgot or missed their notice.
But reacting to it on the spot and submitting a feedback is not a good look. The feedback can be about having a backup but after having a chat with the person and not “delayed response” while someone is off. I think it’s a knee jerk reaction that creates toxic workplace, specially a manager who should have people management skills
