I received an offer from Adecco for TCS but they are asking all details like apart from normal documents - 2 year bank statement, mothers name, fathers nane , insurance purpose details like children's name, spouse name etc before releasing offer. When I asked they said it is for BGV purposes and some clients need all details before offer. Anyone has similar experience

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that?
