Though I didn't get selected, I got a chance to reflect on my shortcomings and motivation to continously thrive towards the new learnings. A reflectiin on why being close to the roots is necessary. Senior attorneys at v100, how common is it for attorneys who start at small firms to lateral to biglaw? Have you worked with any?
