I recently got an offer from LTI Mindtree (P4 – Senior Specialist, Cloud Engineering) for 29 LPA.

I have 11+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering & DevOps and I'm currently working at Oracle with a package of around 16 LPA.

I’m also expecting an offer from TCS (around 29–30 LPA) and I’m in the final rounds with ValueLabs for an Architect role (around 35 LPA)

I’m also a bit concerned that the work in service-based companies might not be very core/technical.

Would appreciate your thoughts.

Need some positive suggestions.

I'm a data analyst(SQL, Python, ETL, Viz) with 6.5yrs exp at LTI(1 Month exp).
I left PWC AC after 6 months of joining because of the nature of dabba work I was getting(80% testing/documentation, 20% technical). Worked for 12+ hrs everyday and wanted to have some wlb.

Now in LTI, life is too peaceful and there's no technical work in current project. I'm getting thoughts like I'm wasting my skills by taking less tech projects at this stage of career.

Will LTI HR Team work on Saturday ?
