Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

If the people running the place think stress is a requirement for success they're just shallow thinkers and you'd be smart to get away from them. Take it as a lesson, as you interview for other jobs try to assess what the office culture may be like. It's not always possible to really know about that until you're actually working there. But at least you now know to try to put some focus on that aspect of an agency.
My advice would be to get out of there as soon as you're able to. Six months is more than long enough to get a true understanding of what the company culture is like. It's clearly toxic and unlikely to get better. Start applying if you haven't been already and take the first good offer you get.
I am wondering if I know which agency this is… You need to actively and aggressively look for a new role as a leopard won’t change its spots and that is not a healthy environment.
Unfortunately most companies will have issues it’s up to employees to set work boundaries and learn to manage up.
