I recently moved to Canada with 5 years of experience in marketing. In India, I had several good offers coming my way even without trying but here I'm unable to even get an interview in marketing. I've done everything my means allow like cold emailing, messaging (obviously personalised), applying during different hours of the day , optimising my resume and cover letter for each job but nothing.... Is there anyone on here that can help?
