Hi folks
I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

OP,good luck..is it L1A or L1B? do you have reportees in your current role? You will be questioned on the managed revenue, the officer will look for sufficient evidence to help him make a decision and ascertain you are a manager..keep all the records ready…if L1B then prep on the internal tool or specialized skill you will talk about..don’t rely overtly on the past approval data,it will make you nervous..focus and stay calm..
Nope, don’t overthink or give additional answers..answer to the point and your current role matters..also your pay in the US matters, anything above 100k has high chances of approval…EY brand helps too..so stop worrying and focus on interview prep/answers to current role and what role you will be performing in the US..
Confidence is the key. You can make it!
Remember that the consul only have less than 10 minutes to judge you in your application. They might confused but see to it that you answer their questions straight to the point and yes, salary matters
OP - how did your interview go? What questions were you asked?

What consulate is the interview at? Some are easier than others, but you’ll be fine. L1Bs get more scrutiny than L1A
OP, if you are feeling nervous / overly stressed about the interview, I highly recommend seeking out external counsel to help you prep. They can run you through typical questions and help you focus on key points. It’s well worth the ~$200.
I had my L1A interview on Friday and it went fine. Talking to a lawyer and prepping really helped calm my nerves. :)

Confidence is the key, don’t stress too much of it. Focus on the visa requirements and how to get it passed.
