Hi all! I’m looking to connect with folks who either work at Coinbase or have interviewed recently for the Business Operations and Strategy Manager or similar role. I am looking to schedule my first interview which I believe is a consulting style case. So any details you can provide, I am all ears. The next interview will be a presentation. Again if you have any experience/advice on this, I’m ready to listen.

Blackout curtains, a mostly consistent sleep schedule, and being mindful of when you are having caffeine, if you are. I really like night shifts, but it took a few months before I adjusted to them.
Follow LPN 1s advice and see how flexible your hospital is with scheduling. Bracketing my shifts each week made such a difference for me. I worked three 12s, Thursday Friday Saturday one week, Monday Tuesday Wednesday the next. Then I'd be off until the cycle started over. Having six straight days of nights followed by a week off made it easy for me to get in and out of work mode. The few weeks I had to work random schedules were awful. It's so hard to be up all night one day, off the next, and then back to nights a day later. Your body never gets the chance to adjust and you wind up in a perpetual fog.
Whoops, typo. *Sunday Monday Tuesday the next, not Monday Tuesday Wednesday. So six days on, followed by eight days off.
Give yourself grace in those early months, especially now that you have a baby as well. I felt guilty about being so tired, but once I realized it’s just part of the adjustment, I stopped being so hard on myself. Your body does adapt over time.
