Same company will hire a new employee with 40-60% or more hike.

To me it appears like companiss themselves are forcing ppl to switch and not to stay.

Is it good to switch from Deloitte to a mid tier firm like Brillio/Coforge/EPAM/Nagarro etc. ?

I mean I like the consulting culture and benefits, though sometimes onsite are lower..

I'm in a situation where I don't want to switch more, At least in the next 4-5 years I want to build my career and have a decent work life balance as well.

I got selected in Accenture and the location offered is mumbai with a fixed component around 9 lac and including variable it's around 11 lac, but no hopes on getting full variable pay.
