I recently watched Richards's webinar on Community Driven Impact. Average Member Impact was mentioned as an effective way of measuring engagement in the community. I just wondered how many responses to the survey question you would need for this to be an effective measurement tool. (The communities I manage are small). And if anyone has any experience using this approach on a Discourse platform?

If we're talking percentages, I think you should aim for at least 60% response from members-- higher would obviously be better.

In my experience with small communities, I have found that a minimum of 20 responses is needed to be able to accurately measure engagement using Average Member Impact. I have not yet used this approach on a Discourse platform, but I can imagine that it would be equally effective, if not more so. If anyone has used it on Discourse, I would love to hear their experiences - it could be very helpful.

How do you know if someone likes you in the beginning of dating? I met this guy online who I thought was cute and we went on a few dates. He always texted me right after the date and always initiates another date right after or within a day. He’s been sweet to me (ie when I was packing for a trip, he noticed there’s dirty dishes in the sink and he just started washing them for me) but he never texts in between dates and doesn’t really initiates much physical contact (he reciprocates when I do)

I can't wait for things to get back to normal. For my kids to go to school. To see my family again. To travel overseas and explore. To not worry if I accidentally bump into someone. I feel like my kids are missing out on the magic of school (they were in kg and 1st grade when the initial shutdown started). I didn't get to see my nephew and niece since they were born, haven't seen my sister in 5 years (our family reunion got cancelled this summer). That is all. Hoping for a better year.

Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences. And the reason I mentioned lean PCOS is because it seems for others with PCOS part of the fertility path is diet/exercise/weight loss but I am already very tiny.
