Typical progression from entry Associate to Consultant is 3-4 years, so 2 years at a Deloitte would put you in the middle of that (AC). As others have stated we rarely hire experienced ACs, so your best bet would be to lateral in as an experienced A, which has potential to reach AC in 1-1.5 years. It is unlikely that you’d be considered for Consultant, which is our post-MBA role and requires managing a full team.
Afaik, no. We usually specify when the listing is for experienced candidates, as those would start near-term (w/in next 3 months). Campus hires don’t start until next summer at the earliest.
Worked with LEK on a big project. Nice, smart people who place well into industry and top MBAs. Will say that they all tend to work pretty hard. 70+ hours is typical and often no travel on cases. Entry level analysts are GRINDING.
Pretty sure 2 YoE would put you at an AC role at LEK, though possibly still A depending on interview performance.
Don’t think LEK hires into AC? My experienced hire class had people with 1-2 YOE
