I saw a consultant job posting from LEK. I have two years of strategy consulting experience (entry level) from Deloitte and am looking for lateral strategy move. When ever I try to build a strategy, they (founders) swamp me with blablabla stories and not a single action plan. Is this the usual at startups? Also,no real company culture. At all. No HR.
