Experienced hire. Put interests on resume or no?
I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.

I'm pretty sure most job ads on platforms like LinkedIn and such websites only exist to harvest data. Even legit job ads are often filled by a boss or managers friend or relative. That said, you could have someone check your resume and revise it. Tailor it specifically to each job, making it clear why you're the perfect fit. You also need to reach out to people at the companies you're applying to as a follow up.
I know its frustrating but it's also unfortunately somewhat common, sometimes it takes a while to hear back, if at all. Especially when you're doing a cold contact like applying over the web.
If you’re talking to a recruiter on a hiring platform like Linkedin definitely start with a lead-in question or two about the company or if they think you’d be a good fit given your major/experience. Don’t just drop your resume though, recruiters tend to be offended by that kinda stuff
