I spent a little less than 3 weeks interviewing, so compared to other experiences I've heard about, I feel like the process went pretty fast. I finished my final interview 2 weeks ago and am still awaiting a decision. Also, the initial desired start date I was given has already passed (I wouldn't have been able to give my 2 weeks since I was still interviewing) Should I be concerned? Has anyone ever been ghosted after the final round?

They have asked me to submit document only for last employment for BGV which first advantage is doing. And offer letter mentions to submit only exp/relieving letter for last 2 employers as applicable while joining.
Little confused as I am have bad experience with one of my employer.

I have a few questions for people in consulting roles (both external/internal).

My partner is in corporate banking, but he wants to switch to a consulting/strategy-based role. I noticed people with those jobs typically have an MBA, and also majority of the job ads in similar roles has MBA as either a requirement or preferred qualification. So:

1) does MBA actually improve someone's chance in getting those roles?
2) are there any good Canadian MBA programs you'd recommend?

I joined in January with 3-4 years of experience and Google offered me L3 Level and despite having other offers in hand, Google didn’t negotiate. And since Google was my dream company, I joined Google thinking I’ll ask for promotion in one year and do the hardwork.
Till now I wasn’t having any problem. But now it starts mentally for me. So, I referred one of my friend from my same batch of college and previous organisation. contd. in comments!

Went through onboarding process for an independent contractor role & passed compliance, BC, but still waiting on HR department for final green light for 1w (was told it’d take 2d) so not sure. In contact with hiring manager frequently.

My recruiter mentioned last week that I'm going to HC, then called me this week to say that I skipped HC as I did well so "we're moving to next steps". They then mentioned the TC range for my role/location and asked a few questions about my visa status, but there was no official "offer" with a concrete breakdown of numbers.
