Then a new SVP came in, looked at it for 10 minutes, and said, “This feels too incremental. Let’s start fresh.” I get wanting to make your mark, but erasing all the work just to prove a point? That one stung. Why does “fresh perspective” so often mean throwing everything out?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me).
