I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder & PCOS & after my cycle ended last Wednesday, started to feel a tingling sensation throughout my body. Well now my hands and fingers have been feeling a pain/numb feeling at times, in addition to my foot & toes. I have been trying to stay super hydrated & bought some Benfotiamine to start taking since being deficient in B vitamins can cause issues like this. I have had a lot more time on my hands ever since I got laid off last month & spend (CONTD)

I think everyone will agree with this that in last 1-2 years we have seen a tremendous change in Indian IT industry and tremendous growth in Salaries and negotiations. Working at a company and they can’t seem to hold on to their female, black and people of color employees. I blinked and 3 of the people who were in my onboarding class were either fired or they left. After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy).
