Way too loaded with jargon but they want to share/present the deck to all the appropriate teams to the point where these teams understand it and can work together efficiently after, but not too far into the granular topics or shared to too many groups because it’ll be take more effort than eventual payoff. As they say, “the juice needs to be worth the squeeze” 😉
You’re in the know lol
Translation: we need to throw every damn piece of bs we have in this presentation, but don’t go overboard as we don’t want to frighten the clients. 😂😂

Peasy! Socialize the deck = share with key stakeholders for input/alignment. “pivot to synergy” = make enough changes their feedback is visible and represented. “Don’t boil the ocean” = don’t have ten sets of unlinked feedback/ try so hard to please everyone that you end up with a bunch of crap that has nothing to do with the original pov 🤩
We need to socialize = share the deck with colleagues.
Pivot toward holistic synergy = make sure everyone is aligned.
Don’t accidentally boil the ocean = try not to do too many things at once.
Talk to people so they agree ahead of time but don't take every idea because it will be too much to do.
