I think I'll make my next biggest purchase of $30K spread across BTC, ETH and LTC on Jan1. I'm I crazy or smart?

The stock fluctuate a few dollars a day so I’m looking for a specific price to own the shares at vs entering a limit order. The stock has already gone below my selected strike price by a 30 cents today but I haven’t been assigned the shares 🤔. Is it only by expiration day or am I missing something?

I don’t get it: Why would anyone invest, for example, in a 6% dividend yield etf with a 0.50% ER (ie EMHY) instead of a 9% dividend yield etf with a 2.5 ER (ie YYY)? Wouldn’t you still be getting better results with the expensive one?

Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. I always pay my balance in full each month and have never missed a payment, how is 8% credit utilization determined to be that big of a risk that my score got immediately wrecked, I don’t understand

Single and childless but would like kids. High income and maxing out all tax advantaged accounts I can but was thinking of starting a 529 in my own name to be transferred to future kids. If I don’t have kids maybe transfer it to my nephew. Thoughts, pros, cons?

I stopped contributing to my 401K for the last three months in order to pay off credit card debt. I am 28 and have about 68K in my 401K. Was this a smart decision? I want to get out of debt as quickly as possible and I have no student loans or car debt.

I recently was let go (in lieu of accepting my two weeks) and I should have received my March expense check by the end of April per the employment agreement (submitted the report April 1, let go before mid April). I have emailed HR but haven't heard anything. I've got a feeling someone at the top is putting a hold on it.
