Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.
Cognizant
I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

There’s nothing to say, time to find a new job
Go get an offer, then ask for a raise, then make a decision
Hang on, you haven't gotten a raise in 6 years ("I'm stuck where I started")? If that is accurate, you really need to evaluate what your worth is on the market right now or ask for a raise. That's unconscionable.
Your manager knows how much you make and likely is also aware of how much other seniors in your firm make or could make a good guess if he/she is part of the salary committee or compensation setting process.
As the other person noted, there is nothing to be said.
Unfortunately true
If I hadn't gotten a raise in six years, I would be looking for a new job. You should be getting a raise every year. If not, it is time to find a better company my friend.
OMG, get the heck out. Youre not appreciated. Id give a one day notice and out i go. At 6 years, you should be breaking $100k, unless in low cost, but even then id say still in the low 90s. I was making $150k at year 6 and that was 4 years ago.
Wow! Not good. Be very careful finding a job is tough right now. Do it quietly and best of luck to you!
Use AI Mode on Google and it will help you to determine what to say once you explain how you want to come across.
I started at $40K in 2014 and broke $100K in 2019. Don’t talk. Just get out.
Loyalty to a company died 20-30+ years ago.
This is why so many people, especially the younger employees, will change jobs every 2-3 years. Usually you will get a bigger pay raise by changing companies every few years compared to staying at the same company for 20-30 years.
