Meditation works wonders for my stress levels so I can handle whatever the evening throws my way!
If the weather's nice, taking a walk. Or maybe just play with my dog. Doing something that doesn't require a lot of thinking is ideal to unwind, so getting to play at my dog's level is ideal. Throwing a ball and letting her retrieve it so I can throw it again is surprisingly relaxing.
Brainless tv or equivalent poolside summer reading
Yoga, hot tea, reading a novel, cooking a small but delicious meal
A good book and a Diet Coke
Walk. Meditate. Stress relief
