Someone is retiring. 💎🖐✌️🚀

Think they did a good job on this piece. It was a truly embarrassing moment for the firm, but I think it’s being handled as well as can be expected. Should go smoothly this year 🤞

I did but gratefully made it through the hardest part. When my anxiety was its highest, I self medicated and had a prescription. I know the feeling you're describing. Its dark and lonely. There is hope. I'm sober and I'm seeing a counselor. I learned that I can work through anxiety without mind altering meds or substances.
Thank you S1
How did u find help.
It didn't feel like it at the time, but help was all around me. Only after clarity returned did I see how much assistance is out there. It seemed impossible then to even find 1 hour once a month for a counselor but now its a weekly appt. Stressors become smaller and lose their power when I verbalize them or write them down. I also reached out to my state's lawyers assistance program, which is confidential. Mental health discussions are becoming less taboo, and I learned others in my office and profession also have anxiety. The main thing is: none of us are alone. Setting the appt to see a counselor that first time was oddly difficult, its like I was admitting defeat. The truth is, that was the first time I demonstrated strength and it built from there.
Thank you again S1
