I took a job that’s a step down because I enjoy doing individual contributor work more. Now, my title is a big step down though I feel the need to make my day-to-day tasks sound far more extraordinary than they actually are (to at least come close to my prior role). My capabilities are way stronger than my current role.

How do you deal with your title and responsibilities when updating your resume for job searching? I might fib very slightly on my title so I get looked at?
