I try so hard to be the rep with a clean CRM, but by Thursday my notes are scattered across sticky notes, emails, and my brain. Then I have a mini panic on Friday trying to backfill everything before my manager looks at the pipeline. I know good hygiene matters for forecasting and handoffs, but it is so easy to let slide when things get busy. Do you have any simple habits that keep your CRM from turning into a junk drawer?
