I want to start looking elsewhere, ideally somewhere mainly remote because I will not surrender my money & time commuting again for this trash agency. It depleted my life and going remote has improved my depression and anxiety-more time with family friends, fiancé and my puppy , (the things that actually matter). OMG leadership is so corrupt it’s insulting. I’m always doing jobs outside my role and my managers have no balls or boundaries. Can’t take this much longer. Any recommendations?

I tried counting my calories while on this trip. My lunch was basically my whole day’s worth of calories and I barely finished 2/3rd of it 🙃 man I HATE calorie counting. Why is weight loss so dependent on it 😭 whatever I’m just gonna enjoy this vacation and suffer the consequences. Plus side is at least we’re hiking/walking a lot.

I had a hectic last three months working up to 16 hours a day due to my project. During this time I took advantage of convenient food which isn’t always the best. Now that things have died down I am having trouble switching from the less convenient food, snaking more than I should and not being as active as I was during the three months previously. I haven’t found what I need to motivate myself and I’m hoping that others could share what motivates them to get back into it after a hectic time
