So, do I politely say (since it's in front of the customer) 'Do you want to finish? How do I address this? Just let her do that? Or does it come across that I'm not capable?

15 YOE, recently started my first tech PR job at a large, stable company & have been asked to get ~20 SMEs in front of media. Subject matter is not sexy. I lead PR for all of U.S. & have no other PR colleagues. My agency’s budget is 100k/year & they’re spread too thin to hit their KPIs.
