i was harrased at work and when i told my boss nothing was done. i was shortly fired after the incident when i did not leave my phone off the property because i did not feel safe with the owner/boss that harrassed me was there. i need help of what to do.

Do any RA’s or PE’s on here sign and seal for their company? My firm is trying to bestow these responsibilities on us and I’m holding out for an increase in comp. This responsibility was not originally in my job description. Additionally I am the only one with my job title being required to do this. Everyone else that will be signing have a more senior role then me. Any feedback is appreciated.
