You're doing everything the right way. Take care of your immediate responsibilities, then see how else you can pitch in. It doesn't sound like they have anything outstanding for you to take care of, so my advice would be to just pay attention to what's going on in the office around you. If you notice any recurring task or project that no one seems to have ownership over (that you're capable of doing), volunteer to take it over. Having more to do will make your days go by faster and make you that much more valuable to your employer. Plus it'll give you a chance to build/develop a skill, which is alway great for strengthening your resume.

EA 1 gave great advice. I would also just add that when you're watching how things work, see if there is something that can be done to improve a process and make that suggestion. Show them that you're capable of more.
I would LOVE this job I am a new graduate and getting my feet wet and starting slow would be ideal for me.
But I understand the boredom, hope it gets better soon
