I was interviewing with an agency last year - it didn’t work out because they needed someone more senior but was an overall really positive process on both sides - I still really admire the agency and the work and am ready to leave my current agency - is it pointless to reach back out?

How do I approach wanting to work for my client I've been on for two years? Is it acceptable to directly tell the client side or should I apply first and let them know I applied?

There are so many job postings and applicants I can’t tell if they would be beneficial to show effort or just a waste of time to write with how little time I assume people are looking at applications with the mass hiring going on. I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!

I keep getting denied due to lack of experience but to even get the job I have now (case manager) the company knew one of my family members and they gave me a chance to interview because of that. For these remote companies where I don’t have connections how can I transition over?
