I was on a break! Let's say you are successfully overemployed and you reach your first goal, so you decide to step away from J1 & J2. You enjoy the break & you return to J1, but find a different J2. During a meeting at J2, a new employee joins, but you recognize them from J1. They try to call you out, but you shut them down.

What would you do after the meeting? Deny OE when approached or lean into it and admit to OE?

How difficult is it to juggle a remote role with a hybrid role?

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.

I'm new to the overemployed movement, so I'm evaluating the feasibility of holding onto the hybrid role and the remote position.
