I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and it got me thinking about my career path. Have you ever worked at a school district that really gets what it’s like to be a teacher with ADHD? Did they offer any accommodations or strategies that actually helped you stay focused?

I’m in the middle of moving by myself. I’m job hunting, because I lost my last one. My relationship has basically imploded. I sleep a lot on a fucked up schedule because I’m depressed but I can’t afford help, and I only get it when insomnia gives me a break. I’m so done and over all of this. I have so many heavy regrets. Idk how to carry all of this.

I am pregnant and don’t feel pregnant most of the time. I’m only 6 weeks so have to wait awhile before any visual confirmation. And then you worry about all the ones after that before 24 weeks or so. How do you cope? I am trying to be positive. I’ve had a miscarriage before so I’m nervous as well. I try some calming meditation and things like head massages but that lasts an hour tops!!

If I do boot camp T/Th (10 lb dumbbells, typically full body strength but occasionally emphasis on one area + hiit), what workouts should I be doing mwf? I had been running but now I’m wondering if I should try to do more strength training. It would be very challenging for me to make it to a gym but I have weights/peloton at home. I’m female. Weight is healthy BMI but on the brink of overweight with all my extra weight being legs and butt.

Gyms - anyone back at them? I’m going to upgrade from my COVID-time small gym near house to big one back downtown. So excited to be back at lifting fully.

Treadmill or elliptical? Which is more effective and overall a better cardio workout?

Has anyone found success with products to help with eyelid elasticity? 28F and experiencing a lot of wrinkling/ skin sagging on top eyelids. It may be genetics but I admit that I have not been especially kind to them over the years in the way that I apply/ remove makeup (trying to be more gentle now). Have tried retinoids product that are specific to eyelids but that doesn’t seem to help/ just dries them out

Does anyone have success conceiving with low AMH? I am 30 yo and my AMH is 1.11, RE says it's low for my age.

Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things.
