I’ve been getting into a healthier routine and make a meal replacement smoothie every morning. I bought a bunch of palisade peaches from a stand and chopped some up and froze them.

Mixed them up today with some OJ, Fairlife milk, unflavored protein powder, spinach, hemp seeds and chia seeds. Best smoothie yet!

I have an offer for a company abroad. Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas. Been searching for work for about 2 months now, and I can’t tell what companies are looking for anymore. I have 2+ years as an AE full cycle. And I get rejected left and right. My resume is up to date, I’m applying non stop, what else can I do?

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

Do most tech/SaaS companies make prospective employees sign NDAs? I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview. I'm hesitant to do so - especially since I am not sure if I even want to work for this company yet. Is this standard procedure?
