I wish to join TIAA. How do I go about it?

"People just want it to work" is a thing clients have said about the product the company I work for makes. It's true. And it's all over. I usually think it's because Agile's method is what everyone thinks works but so much stuff across all tech areas seems to be released broken and then never fixed or fixed way too slowly. Anyone else feel this way? Has Agile worked for you and your clients?

Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. Got a offer from TIAA, Pune location for a Associate role. The variable mentioned is discretionary. When I spoke to the HR, she said it is capped at maximum 10 percent. Can you please let me know what percentage can I expect? What has been the average from past?

TIAA's post exit process seems pathetic. Waiting since month for exit letter

Publicis Sapient - 22.7 lpa CTC, 20.5 fixed - SAL1
TIAA - 17.5 fixed, But HR is very rigid it seems to negotiate.
Both for Mumbai location

How is Finance/tax side of TIAA? And what should be an ideal salary for Associate at Tiaa?

i have offer from Nagarro with 25 lpa fixed and pwfh , TIAA 25 fixed 10% bonus , HSBC technology asking me for retention but it has production support work along with development so I am bit hesitant to stay in HSBC Technology
Also how is Volkswagen IT SERVICES as I am expecting offer from them.
