I woke up regretting leaving Big4. I’ve been feeling like this for a while. I’ve been at A&M for over a year. I don’t feel appreciated and I’m tired of fighting to get a promotion this year. I would’ve been promoted at the Big4 firm last year if I had stayed. I’m more experienced than others at my level. Considering leaving the firm for similar total comp (and promotion in title), or shift in career (lower title) with higher comp. What would you do?

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.

I got a job offer at GSA in Washington DC for their pathway program from GS9-GS12. I currently work in a private company and wanted to switch to federal government. The reason I wanted to switch is to get good person for my family because I'm still in the Reserve and would be able to buy time for my retirement. And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

How did we make it to 2022 with no spam filtering whatsoever on phone calls and text messages? Email spam ML algorithms are almost sentient beings by now.

On that note, any apps that are helpful? I get about 5 Nancy Pelosi spam texts a day.
