Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.

Pretty sure even MBB dreams about FAANG
I have absolutely zero desire to work in FAANG. If I’m chasing $$, I’m going to PE. Tech work just doesn’t interest me (not to mention coming from a non-technical background into a tech company doesn’t sound appealing)
Because we enjoy being consultants?
Maybe because the app is about people who chose to work in consulting
EY 1 - Some of us just like this field. Being in the Bay Area, making the switch is fairly easy but fast trajectory, relative variety of work, and executive access are good enough reasons for me not to entertain the possibility, and I work in tech.
As someone who came from a no-tier regional degree mill, I'm just happy to have made it into a boutique that is well regarded at all and pays (me) better than B4.
If I can get into a top 10 MBA, I would go for FAANG over MBB if the pay was somewhat similar and career trajectory not awful.
I've been playing the consulting game well and grinding, but I don't want to grind forever.
Someone from industry it fucking sucks. Yeah you get perks don’t have long hours but you also just get in a very basic routine. It’s boring and money can only drive you for so long
