Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?
Looking for feedback for a Project Management Platform for SMBs, freelancers and Founders
Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

My AD said in the beginning of the year that he will promote me by the end of this year however as the manager is so manipulative, he could slowly change my AD's perspective about me and my work. Today he was almost yelling at me while reviewing my work. At this point I don't know what to do. I will be eligible for the Internal movement(IJP) by June this year. I don't want to leave this AD, but I can't work in this team. What should I do?
The AD is your direct report manager and ultimately accountable for your success and failure in your career progression. The PM is not your manager but the manager of the workflow in which your contribute to. If the PM is taking liberties outside their domain (i.e. acting like a people manager in addition to project mgmt.) then have a 1:1 with your AD and sort this before it impacts you. Your PM sounds like an asshat and next tine he yells at you - tell him to please adjust his tone, if he doesn’t, start writing it down or take a note in front of him and tell him you are documenting his behavior. He’ll stop. I managed teams of PMs in my career and sadly some of them really are just angry miserable people on a power trip.
