I went from a company that digital product development was their secondary focus along with consultancy services, to a company that their only focus is the product. I want to avoid looking back over previous years of experience to come up with answers to pm questions and not being able to recall the details well. What are great types of work/projects to take notes of during your stay at a company to prepare for future interviews down the line?

Most “certifications” I’ve seen seem a bit superficial… but my current PM job feels like a glorified project manager role so I was hoping to use my extra time to study/earn a certificate to show my skill. If possible.
