The needle doesn't move until you show them it has moved. Focus on consistently exceeding your sales targets, building strong client relationships, and offering valuable solutions that help your company grow. Document your wins and how you've contributed to big deals or new business.
I'd suggest you start taking notes on what you do at work. It doesn't have to be anything detailed, what I do is open a Google Doc at least once a week and just write a memo to myself about what has been happening. If you just keep adding to the doc, you'll realize how much good work you simply forget about if you don't memorialize it. When it's time for a raise, you'll have great material to draw from and you can make a case based on your workplace wins.
