MBA/MS from the USA

Just like every other guy, it’s my dream to settle in the USA or any equivalent location. My problem is that I am not confident enough. I started preparing for CAT, failed miserably. I was demotivated. My job started paying me good money so I blindly upskilled myself technically. It’s been a while. I got selected in Accenture and the location offered is mumbai with a fixed component around 9 lac and including variable it's around 11 lac, but no hopes on getting full variable pay. Is it fine to join Accenture. I am free to move to any location, but is the salary matching the cost of living. Please help.

What is it with people trying to have a huge number of offers in hand.I understand having 2-3 options to choose the best but I don't quite understand the need for having more than that and then reject all except one?
Isn't that unfair to people who are desperately trying to get a much needed switch?
