I just started a new job 2 months ago, benefits and PTO don’t start until 90 days in so I still have a month before I can take off any time, and today found out my company doesn’t offer paid maternity leave.

A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break. I let the students know to get any work they need graded in before the break and I'll get it to it during our workdays in January. Apparently that's not fast enough for her 🙄. Is it wrong that I'm sort of pissed off by this? Should I say something?

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. Has anyone recently cleared the DP 900 EXAM? From Where can I prepare for it?

One of my senior got an offer of 76 LPA+. he has 12 yeo and was working in the amazon from the last 5 year. This package is what nagarro is offering.

I don't understand why? Why nagarro is paying this much to him... He is a data scientist, so do I.. we studied in the same college(NIT goa). He was my super senior but still only 2 year difference does it really matter. I have close to 10 yeo and i am earning only 19 LPA.
