Can anyone here give a referral?
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

No don’t use those words. You’ll sound too desperate. Instead say things like, “this role aligns perfectly with my career progression” or “I feel this role leverages my existing skills and experience while also offering me the opportunity to expand my impact/skills/sphere of influence”.
Thank you!
Be your authentic self. If doing that comes off as a negative, it wasn't really your dream job/company. Getting the job without doing so means you may feel the need to hide your personality in other interactions, and that is exhausting over time.
I’m not a hiring manager but I would be looking for the person who is both qualified and passionate so I think it would help

Please don't say "top choice" ever. It does not have a positive connotation that "I'm pretty excited to continue to move forward with this interview process" likely has.
Not as recruiter but when I hear that I chuckle. I bet everyone said that to their previous employer at one time or in another interview. Just say you are excited to join this company or something. I have seen too many "dream job" chasers who suddenly have a different "dream"
This is all super helpful - thanks all!
