If Leaving FDD (deals advisory) for an FP&A job at the senior associate level, should I expect a base salary decrease?

I am pivoting career. I have a job offer on the table, I am very happy with the salary they are offering me. Should I still negotiate? I’m struggling to see how I can argue my value, considering that this role with be a developmental opportunity for me. Thoughts ?

Salary for a manager at EY within Cyber?

Hi Fishes, I have two offers, one is 10lpa from a Indian company with regular breakout of medical insurance, basic pay, HRA, ... The second one is from a non Indian company 12lpa, but there is no break up, no pf no HRA nothing, they just credit 1l per month and I have to take care of medical insurance, pf externally, which one would be profitable salary wise?

Am I going too far by asking for compensation for being woken up by a martial dispute that involved hotel items being thrown around, doors slamming, and screaming in the hallways?

Please vote for which you’d realistically / actually want (and why). Context is mid-30s for me, FYI. Either a) $800k total comp, but work 70-80 hrs a week and content / work you genuinely don’t care about, b) $500k and work you care about / want to do long term but still working ~70 hrs/wk, c) $300-350k work you care about and want to do long term, working 25-40 hrs/wk (so plenty of time for other hobbies, fam, etc). In all 3 (a,b,c) you’re not allowed to have another income stream / side gig.

How demanding is it for SC non advisory at big4? I'm mostly at ~45/week with some months of 60. Would i be giving up a lot of me hours for the pay bump?
