Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Agree with New Jersey. Rubric comments are sufficient, in most cases. I always offer kids face-to-face conferences during tutoring hours if they want more detailed feedback. Few do.
In my opinion, the point of the digital rubric is to offer specific feedback without having to make comments. I go over the rubric first, before the assignment starts. Then, I refer back to it often during and at the turn-in time. A quick comment is okay, but the rubric should be written clearly enough so that the student knows exactly where they may have done well or where they didn't. If it is referred to, no need for anything else except "Great effort" or whatever.
I leave comments but certainly not so many that it's affecting my turnaround time. Audio extension sounds like a pretty good idea though, definitely never thought of that.
I leave notes in the margin. It takes a little longer to grade things, but it's not terrible. The students prefer the feedback on their writing.

We are no longer allowed to use Google Classroom. Everything must be in Canvas. 😶
I like rubrics, but for essays I tend to prefer comments. They receive a rubric at the start to guide their writing, and the writing process is scaffolded pretty heavily. I also require the drafts to be full drafts or they lose pretty significant points. I use Track Changes in Google Classroom to make Edit suggestions with comments on the side. With a 4-page paper that typically takes me about 10-15 minutes per paper, less if they actually followed the outline. That way it’s faster.
