What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.
Cushman & Wakefield Interested in a Sales Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. I have experience as a government analyst for 7 years but nothing related to commercial real estate. I want to become a more competitive applicant but not sure where to start. Are there any certificates, skills, or knowledge that I should be learning in my free time?

It's uncomfortable how tied my identity is to the work I do. I guess I would say that I'm someone who likes exploring different hobbies, though rarely sticks to any particular one for too long. I love to cook and I wish I wasn't so bad at dating so I would have someone to share my cooking with.

I'd lead by saying I'm a dad, which is the biggest part of my identity. Watching these two little girls grow up is the highlight of my life. Aside from that, I'd talk about all my varied hobbies: piano, writing, working out, traveling, hiking. My job is a very small part of who I am, and I do my best to remind myself of that.
Truthfully, when I describe myself, I never mention my job or what I do. I am so much more than what I do for 40 hours a week. I always describe myself as someone who is family-oriented, a great friend, lover of cats, etc. My work does not define me.
Oh, I am so muuuuch more than my job! If I ever start to doubt that, I just open the deep freeze in the basement and admire the body parts!
I'm queen of the mandem supposedly because I had Central C in my playlist. I love reading books.
