Living in Van. Previously lived in Toronto. Obviously rent prices are high as is cost of living. Generally go out and spend more often living in a city. I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Does anyone feel that the Oil and Gas industry is the most discriminatory industry of all? They won’t even look at resume without O&G experience! It does not make sense to me as I would rather teach someone the specifics of an industry if they were a good fit. And for an industry that has so many obstacles from Government, Environmental Organizations and so on, why they are adding more bad publicity to themselves is not a great approach.

Reallocated some of my WPF position to PSFE. They are post SPAC merger but both will be long term holds for me.

I’ll be taking a look at all the recent SPACs that had huge runs. The plan is to watch for momentum to start fading and play some puts at or around merger votes. A lot of these plays are priced to perfection on revenues 5+ years away. Will some make it big? Yes. Will some fail, yes. Also starting to watch the warrant exercise requirements. All of these have huge supply coming to market and I plan to be on the other side of the retail suckers

What SPACs are you riding? I’m in SHLL, GRAF, LCA, SPAQ, OPES, CCXX, CCX, CCIV, and PSTH. Did great in DKNG and UTZ.

Tax Senior Manager and Bowl Creator have thrown out WPF, SVOK, and AVAN recently. With these all barely above $10 (and SVOK actually temporarily below), what’s the downside to investing in these? Am I missing something? Don’t they offer you the opportunity to sell back the shares at $10 around the merge date? So max loss would be $0.12 per share on WPF (at current pricing) and $0.19 per share on AVAN?

Are there other SPAC plays that people like that seem like no brainers at these levels?
