How long does it take to loop in first-year associates on deal work? Just graduated and barred, and been working for a few weeks with a big NY firm. But, no substantive work yet assigned. Is this normal? I was expecting billing 40-50 hrs/wk. I'm barely billing 10 a week atm.

Are there any agencies that are willing to pay for relocation? Looking to make a move out to WC. I know this is more likely for VP+ so I’m curious which agencies have the flattest PnL

1) stay in my company to quickly become BD Director and then exit (however my learning opportunities within my current company might be limited)
2) go do consulting for a few years
