Separate, especially if in house. Phones can be required to be imaged for litigation matters. Prefer not to have personal info tied into work matters.
Agreed! For discovery purposes, it’s better to have a separate work phone. I don’t want someone going through my personal phone.
For the love of god take the work phone.
I’ve always had a work phone, even when I didn’t need it. If anything, it’s a nice way to unplug when you need to. You can leave it at home during a dinner, in the hotel room on vacation, etc.
It’s really not that much of a hassle for the peace of mind that I don’t have to compromise on my personal privacy.
No; but keep all your apps / contact book separate it you only use one phone (i.e., don’t use the outlook app and have personal and work email linked)

work phone so if u miss calls u can say, woops my work phone died
Carrying/charging two phones is hardly more inconvenient than one. But it’s nice to have a) a psychological separation of work from personal life and b) privacy. +1 to SC1’s point about litigation but 2) it’s company managed. At minimum review your employee privacy policy/IT policy for clarity on what they can see
Nah, one phone. But historically it’s been pretty easy to separate work from personal because most of my work is done on Slack, so I just stop notifications after 6pm. If I check in on work after hours, it’s proactive.
