Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?

I accepted an offer from Cognizant for a consultant position a little less than a month ago. My joining date is 5th September and I would need visa sponsorship. I have completed my pre joining formalities and background verification. The thing is I haven’t heard from HR in a while and no update as yet on visa sponsorship process. Should I be worried?

Can anyone tell me whats the median salary for Functional Safety Engineer? I had an offer for 140k (it was a 6 month contract position though). I will also be getting an offer internally at my current work place (which is full time) . Since full time offers more job security. Hi everyone! I’ve been working as a product manager in an internal consulting department at Kaiser Permanente a on software product that maps and automates clinical workflows. Although my title is a consultant, my role entails the usual responsibilities of a PM (prioritizing builds and features, identifying business requirements, mapping user journeys and stakeholder management).
