Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Hey everyone, I got a call from Deloitte recruiting on Wednesday of last week discussing salary requirements and location. They told me that the team really liked me and that they were going to work on an offer. I got a call on Friday saying one group has approved the offer but they are waiting on others. I haven’t heard much since then. Should I be worried? How much longer will I have to wait?
Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?
Job-Hunting reach-out to VC from previous fundraising effort for own startup
I have e-mail archive from 1y ago of my reach-out to 65 VCs in London: we had video calls, they might remember me still, who knows.
I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?
Or shall I just start new email thread and mention how I know them?

Unfortunately a verbal offer does not hold much weight. At this point if you haven't already I would keep applying. I wouldn't be afraid to follow up either, but without a written offer there's no job. Keep the wheels in motion!

You can send a short and simple follow up. I usually say something like, “hi, just checking if a decision has been made on my application yet. Thank you.”
But yea, I would definitely keep applying at other places.

Yea that’s fine too since they verbally said an offer was coming. But I have seen it so many times where a company verbally says you will get an offer and then doesn’t follow through. Just an empty promise. Not sure why they lead candidates on that way. So, don’t be surprised if they changed their mind on the offer. Definitely keep moving to the next.
Did you accept the verbal offer or leave them hanging? If you accepted the offer call them and ask when you start. Seek an answer now or move on.
Agreed. It's not being "pushy" after 8 days. Perhaps, though, just mentally prepare OP because you might not get the response you are hoping for...
I would email the person that had interview you. Detail on the email the agreed upon what was discussed. This also puts them on notice of a verbal contract.
Just my quick thought on this.
Verbal offer doesn't mean anything I had one previously and they never call back
