Make sure if/when you go full-time, your start date is when you started temp, not perm. This matters for raises, 401k vesting, all those fun adult things
VACATION DAYSSSSSS! Maybe your agency will be decent and put some in your contract but regardless, you should definitely consider asking for more if not any at all.
Remember everything you did that was outside the original job description.

No idea what salaries are like where you are, but I was in a similar situation and was able to get 5K more and 3 weeks vacation when I signed for full time. Before I was given the contract I made sure my bosses knew that I would look for other work if I was not making enough to support myself in the city and made sure they were aware of all of the ways I went above and beyond in the previous months. It worked.
Then I received a random 5K raise 6 months into my full year contract. So if you make it clear you know your worth then it can work out in your favor.
Oh also make sure they can switch the start date of your benefits from the start of your time working there. I didn’t do that and had to wait like 6 months from signing to see a dentist.
