I’m 22, Started working as a Portfolio Administrator on the Institutional Operations side a couple of months ago. Not really what I thought it’d be like. I really enjoy the banking atmosphere just not my specific position. Went through an easy interview process for a software company to be a pricing analyst, got offered 20k more than what I’m making plus fully remote. Looking for advice from those who have gone through something similar. Should I stay in banking or leave for more money?
